  • Live Encouraged, Live Sustained | How to Build a Life You're Proud Of
    2026/07/27

    Welcome back!

In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we're talking about what it means to build a life that's not only successful—but sustainable.

It's one thing to pray for healing, peace, purpose, and new beginnings. It's another thing to arrive there and learn how to remain encouraged through life's challenges. After years of rebuilding, this season finale reflects on the lessons that have transformed survival into a life rooted in gratitude, faith, and intentional living.

Through personal stories of overcoming divorce, health challenges, career transitions, financial uncertainty, and rebuilding from the ground up, this episode explores what it truly means to live a life sustained by faith rather than circumstances.

We also discuss why confidence must come from within, how to stop leaning solely on other people's opinions, and why true wealth extends far beyond money. Real fulfillment comes from nurturing your relationship with God, investing in healthy relationships, appreciating your growth, and trusting the process—even when you can't see the entire plan.

A life you're proud of isn't built overnight.

It's built one faithful step at a time.

When you allow yourself to grow, trust God, and appreciate where you are, you create a foundation that can sustain you through every season.

✨ What it means to build a life that's encouraged and sustained
✨ How faith helps us navigate seasons of uncertainty and change
✨ Why confidence must be developed from within
✨ The difference between financial wealth and living a truly wealthy life
✨ How gratitude transforms your perspective during difficult seasons
✨ Why appreciating your growth is essential for lasting fulfillment

"The life you prayed for isn't sustained by perfect circumstances—it's sustained by faith, gratitude, and choosing to keep growing every single day."

Take a few moments to reflect on your journey.

    Ask yourself:

    • How have I grown over the past year?
    • What prayers have already been answered that I've forgotten to celebrate?
    • What habits, relationships, or beliefs are helping sustain the life I'm building?

Take time this week to celebrate your progress.

Not because you've arrived—but because you've become someone stronger along the journey.

We often spend so much time chasing the next milestone that we forget to appreciate how far we've already come.

Living a sustained life requires more than ambition. It requires gratitude, healthy relationships, faith, resilience, and the willingness to trust God's timing when the full picture isn't yet visible.

When we stop measuring success solely by achievements and begin measuring it by peace, growth, purpose, and the lives we impact, we discover a deeper kind of wealth—one that can never be taken away.

The life you're building today is preparing you for the prayers you'll answer tomorrow.

  • Worth Repairing | When to Rebuild Relationships & When to Let Go
    2026/07/13

    Welcome back!

In this episode of Mental Mom3nts, we're talking about relationships that have experienced distance, disappointment, or conflict—and how to discern whether they're worth repairing.

As we grow, it's natural for some relationships to change. Some people are only meant to be part of our lives for a season, while others may simply require time, healing, and new tools before they can flourish again. But how do we know the difference?

Through a personal story about reconnecting with a longtime friend and creative collaborator, this episode explores forgiveness, accountability, healthy communication, and the role personal growth plays in restoring meaningful relationships.

We also discuss how unhealthy environments, unresolved wounds, and emotional immaturity can strain even the strongest connections. Sometimes reconciliation begins not with the other person changing—but with us gaining the wisdom, perspective, and emotional tools we didn't have before.

Not every relationship should be restored.

But every relationship deserves honest reflection.

Healing allows us to move forward with wisdom, healthy boundaries, and peace—whether reconciliation happens or not.

✨ How to determine if a relationship is worth repairing
✨ The difference between healthy boundaries and emotional walls
✨ Why forgiveness creates freedom, even without reconciliation
✨ How unhealthy environments can affect healthy relationships
✨ The importance of accountability, communication, and emotional growth
✨ When it's time to reconnect—and when it's time to let go with peace

"Not every relationship is meant to last forever, but every relationship offers an opportunity to grow. Forgiveness frees your heart, and wisdom helps you discern what is worth rebuilding."

Take a few moments to think about a relationship that still comes to mind from time to time.

    Ask yourself:

    • Have I truly forgiven this person—or myself?
    • Am I holding onto hurt, or protecting healthy boundaries?
    • If this relationship reentered my life today, what would I do differently?

Remember, repair doesn't always mean reconciliation.

Sometimes healing is simply choosing peace.

Relationships shape so much of who we become.

When conflict, disappointment, or distance occurs, it's easy to assume every ending is permanent. But sometimes what looked broken simply needed time, perspective, healing, and healthier communication.

Learning to forgive, reflect honestly, and establish healthy boundaries allows us to move through life with greater freedom instead of carrying unresolved hurt.

Whether a relationship is restored or remains a meaningful memory, healing ensures that it no longer controls your future.
