Meet Me By The River Podcast stemmed from the idea of Women coming together in earlier years to share, to listen, and beautifully care for each other.

Our hope is that women can find support, encouragement, laughter and love in a space that was created with the sole intention of helping women through whatever stage or phase of life they find themselves in and reassure them... they are never alone.

We will explore comical female experiences, marriage, motherhood, loss/ grief, faith, nourishing relationships, tips to fill your cup, taking time to care for yourself (especially during the busy seasons) and much much more.

    It's the last day of school!

    An emotional week to say the least.

    Last exams, last projects, wrapping up sports, emergency trips to orthodontist.

    It's been pretty chill.... ;)

    I am embracing this time and holding on for dear life.

    I will miss it.

    Offering some advice for my kiddos.

    Truthfully, I am not sure why.

    They teach me...more than I could ever teach them.

    As they are getting older, I feel more sentimental, more emotional, and the constant ache to freeze time.

    I hope you always know how much I love you.

    Focus...

    That seems to be more of a challenge with every passing day.

    With pop up menus, junk email, and endless distractions.

    I am finding it takes more of an effort all the time to live intentionally and maintain focus on what a person strives to accomplish.

    All that being said... the squirrel in my brain also wants to PIVOT (see what I did there ;) ) to also tell you about the highlight reel of our recent adventures in NYC. Memories I will truly cherish forever.
