On this week's episode, Kirk and Kraig are storming the castle to determine which medieval comedy reigns supreme: Monty Python and the Holy Grail or Robin Hood: Men in Tights! Kirk clops his coconuts into battle for Team Grail, arguing that Python’s masterpiece routinely sits atop greatest-comedies-ever lists and has produced more endlessly quotable lines than Arnold Schwarzenegger at a Renaissance Fair after six tankards of mead and a smoked turkey leg. He dismisses Men in Tights as barely cracking Mel Brooks’ own Top Five, prompting Kraig to unsheathe Team Tights and declare Holy Grail an old, stuffy relic populated by mud farmers, shrubbery enthusiasts, and men arguing about swallows. Kraig counters that Men in Tights unleashed a young Dave Chappelle upon the world, bringing enough medieval rizz to make King Arthur look like he’s been dead for fifteen hundred years. Unfortunately, Kraig’s evidence quickly becomes a spattering of half-remembered jokes, questionable quotes, and lines that Moderator Jed suspects were pillaged from The Princess Bride. It’s coconuts vs codpieces, and enough medieval bullshit to fertilize every field in Camelot, on this completely unchivalrous episode of Mass Debate!
