I want you to hear that again.

Me and my heart are enough.

Not because I have all the money.

Not because I have the perfect relationship.

Not because I've achieved every goal.

Not because everyone approves of me.

But because my value has never depended on what I possess.

It has always existed within me.

We live in a world that constantly tells us we're missing something.

"You need more followers."

"You need more money."

"You need a better body."

"You need another degree."

"You need another relationship."

"You need another title."

"You need another achievement."

The message is always the same:

"You're almost enough... but not quite."

And after hearing that message long enough, many people begin believing it.

They spend years chasing validation.

Years chasing approval.

Years chasing external success...

While quietly believing they are incomplete.

Today, I want to challenge that belief.

Because I believe one of the greatest acts of healing is realizing that before the applause...

Before the promotions...

Before the recognition...

Before anyone else chooses you...

You can choose yourself.
