Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton come face to face on SmackDown tonight, and there is no title in the middle of it. Joe is not sure the story holds up without a belt, but gives WWE credit for putting it on live TV instead of saving it for a premium live event. Jose still does not get the Orton turn and wants to know what these two are fighting for.

What we cover:

• Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton face to face tonight, and where a story with no title goes
• Crown Jewel is official for November 7 in Riyadh: Roman Reigns against Sami Zayn, and Liv Morgan against Chelsea Green with a rumored Money in the Bank cash in
• Paige gets her rematch with Nikki Bella after Nikki used the ropes to win last month
• Danhausen is reported as host of NXT Halloween Havoc on October 31, and whether WWE can bring his fans to NXT

Carmelo Hayes is back with a crowbar, he is with the 946, and the Bloodline got laid out to close Monday Night Raw. We cannot agree on who needed who: Joe says Carmelo needed the 946, Jose says the 946 needed a night like that.

What we cover:

• Carmelo Hayes joins the 946. Joe says he needed them more than they needed him. Jose says WWE left him behind, and he has a problem with the name.
• Roman Reigns is on Raw on October 19. Does he walk out for the family, and is he still doing it alone if he does?
• Crown Jewel goes champion against champion. Roman against Sami Zayn is reported, not announced, and Joe says Sami is not winning that one.
• The reviews say Oba Femi turned down Paul Heyman. So why does Heyman keep showing up?
• Roxanne Perez beats Chelsea Green with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez running the distraction, and Jose wants WWE to protect its champion.

Money in the Bank is in the books, and Luna and Lopez cannot agree on what it means. Tiffany Stratton wins a second briefcase, Roman Reigns beats LA Knight clean, Oba Femi calls out the champion, and Liv Morgan is champion again.

What we cover:

• Tiffany Stratton, first woman to win the briefcase twice. Jose wants the heel turn. Joe says WWE needs her as the hero, the female Cody Rhodes, and neither one wants her cashing in on Chelsea Green.
• Roman Reigns is on a streak and doing it alone. Joe says nobody is beating him right now, and Jose is writing the date down.
• Oba now or Oba later. Jose wants the program today. Joe wants him to wait until Roman can lose.
• Penta has the briefcase. Why he should go chase Sami Zayn.
• Liv Morgan wins the women's title in a triple threat, and what that says about Stephanie Vaquer's reign.
• Bron Breakker puts Je'Von Evans through an ambulance and walks out with nothing.

New schedule: MaxxedOut is now twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday.

Wednesday at noon on YouTube: a new episode of The Machine vs The IWC.
