  • NESTLÉ NESPRAY World Milk Day Feature
    2026/06/10
NESTLÉ NESPRAY celebrated World Milk Day 2026 by highlighting the journey of its milk from South African dairy farms to families across the country. The campaign focused on sustainability, local farming, and the people behind the brand.

The article features Skimmelkrans Farm, which supplies fresh milk to the NESPRAY factory in Mossel Bay. It explains how milk is sourced locally from more than 96 dairy farms in the Eastern and Western Cape, supporting both local agriculture and surrounding communities.

    NESTLÉ emphasises:

Strict quality control and food safety standards
    Responsible farming and sustainability practices
Support for local economies and employment
Long-term food production and environmental care

The article also highlights leading farms such as:

    Rooiheuwel Farms
    Oakdale Agricultural High School
    Grasslands Agriculture

These farms are recognised for low-carbon and environmentally conscious dairy production.

NESPRAY is designed for children aged 7–14 and contains:

    10 vitamins
    Iron
    Zinc

These nutrients support children’s growth and development.

The feature further explains that the Mossel Bay dairy farms and factory:

    Employ over 1,000 people
Support more than 13,000 individuals in local communities

Finally, NESPRAY encourages families to “Ask the good questions” about where their food comes from and how it is produced, aiming to build greater awareness and trust in the dairy industry.

  • Fanie Ferreira oor Die Stryd teen Bek-en-Klouseer & Nuwe MPO Ontwikkelings
    2026/05/20
