Welcome to the Homewood Cumberland Presbyterian Church Sermon Discussion Podcast, a place where we continue the conversation beyond Sunday morning by taking a closer look at God’s Word, reflecting on the week’s sermon, and considering how the Scriptures shape our everyday lives.
Joining us for this conversation is Mary Vines, a lifelong member of Homewood Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a recent graduate of Homewood High School. This fall, Mary will begin her studies at Brown University, where she plans to major in biology and compete as a member of Brown’s Division I gymnastics team.
Jesus has always been Mary’s Lord and Savior, and over the past several years, she has seen her faith continue to deepen and grow. As she begins this new chapter, Mary is excited to discover what God has planned for her and the opportunities she will have to grow in her faith and share the love of Christ with others.
