概要
Today we remember Martyr Lucian the Presbyter of Antioch, who devoted his life to teaching the Scriptures and enduring suffering for Christ. Despite harsh imprisonment and torture, he remained steadfast in faith and cared deeply for the Christian community. We also honor Saint John, Bishop of Suzdal, known for his humility, care for the poor, and efforts to bring the Christian faith to the pagan Mordvians. His life was marked by prayer, service, and peaceful monastic retirement.
