Following the classic hymn, "Lord Thee I Love With All My Heart," Dr. Zeile meditates on David's faith, expressed in Psalm 22, that God regards, that is, cares about, the one who suffers. The supreme example of this was the suffering of Christ, Who though forsaken of His Father in the hours of darkness, raised and glorified Him according to promise. We, too, can be consoled that we shall be raised and glorified in due time according to the promise we have in Christ! the hymn of response in the hymnic paraphrase of the Magnificat, "Tell Out My Soul the Greatness of the Lord." The Creed and Agnus Dei follow.
