God declares to Moses that other nations will recognize Israel's laws as wonderous and just. The Ten Commandments have been acclaimed as such more than any other. Yet the One who fulfilled those laws is greater still, and He spares us from the Law's condemnation. Dr. Zeile's meditation is preceded by the Easter hymn "O Sons & Daughters of the King," and followed by Psalm 98, the I John 4 reading, and the hymn based on this text, "Water, Blood, and Spirit."

After the Te Deum hymn "Holy God We Praise Thy Name", Dr. Zeile speaks on Christ's teaching that we are to render temporal things to Caesar (the government), and spiritual/eternal obedience to God. The Kingdom of God transcends time and place, and yet the state has coercive power because of human sin, to curb crime and encourage civil righteousness. Then follows the Communion Rite, and a closing hymn of prayer, "God Bless our Native Land."
