The integral steps required of practice and visualisation are key to ensuring that you can evolve and develop your skills, passions and interests to another level.
Fundamental to this, however, is the self belief and awareness that following your instinctive path is an integral part of who you are. All that is missing is the 'doing', practice and support from family, friends, tutors and mentors to help build that foundation to help you truly believe in yourself and gain the confidence to move away from just thought.
Our podcasts use 'creativity 'and 'expression' as reference points within our discussion as they are integral parts our identity and how we use them as tools and a method of engagement.
