It's a new year and a new chapter for one of the Isle of Man's rising stars of road racing.

After a rollercoaster two years with the Honda Racing UK team, there's change afoot for Onchan rider Nathan Harrison.

For 2025 he'll be contesting the Isle of Man TT, North West 200 and maybe a few more things beside for official Honda satellite team H&H Motorcycles.

Manx Radio's been catching up with Harrison to find out what his ambitions are for the season ahead and how it feels to be continuing his journey in a slightly different environment

A Commonwealth games competitor, a national champion and more... Isle of Man athlete Sarah Astin continues to impress in the world of athletics both in the UK and further afield.

This month, she's managed to smash her own women's 10,000m Manx record and - for the first time in her career - has received a prestigious call-up to represent Great Britain & Northern Ireland

In this extended interview, Manx Radio's caught up with Sarah to find out how it feels to be wearing the GB jersey this month.
