    This week we’re diving into that strange emotional space so many mums find themselves in — the quiet before everything kicks off… or the feeling that the chaos has already arrived.

    That fog, that heaviness, that dip in energy… it’s not failure, it’s not you “losing it” — it’s your body signalling a shift.


    Let’s talk about Why you feel low before a big season of change

    Often the emotional dip is actually your system clearing out old stress, grief, uncertainty and expectations so you can step into your next level.


    ✨ The truth about ‘the chaos’

    Sometimes the chaos isn’t external — it’s internal. It’s the clutter of thoughts, the mental load, the past you didn’t have time to process, and the worry about what’s coming.


    ✨ How grief and uncertainty show up in busy mums

    Even if nothing “big” has happened, your emotions are valid. Your body remembers everything you’ve carried — and this phase is release, not relapse.
