It's week one of Art Anytime/Anywhere. This was our first week with students and some things worked, somethings didn't, and somethings were sort of neutral. In this podcast, we'll discuss in order of the events as they unfolded, what worked, what didn't and, well, you get the idea.

It's week zero! That first week before the students enter the classroom. At the end of last year, we planned all the big items but it turns out, there are many smalls things that need planning too. How do the day to day things run in an open art room? The details are in the details.

Today we will discuss the top 10 things we will be doing at South B that, when put together, should make for a revolutionary TAB year!

Today we will see how things are going week 5 at South Brunswick high School as we continue to roll out our next artistic process, the Project Matrix. 

After first introducing the Project Matrix this semester, this week we will give an update on just how well the Project Matrix is going. There are some issues that we are running into. some of these are in our control and many are issues we have no control of at all. Either way, we need to bob and weave and continue trying to make artists.

At South B we are about to role out "Art, Anytime, Anywhere". In order to do so, we needed a project-based, learning target centric method of teaching. What we developed is a new way of presenting the artistic process. We call it, The Project Matrix.

What if there was only one art class... "Art"? What if students could take "Art" anytime, any block, in any room, with any teacher? Sounds crazy? At South B, we're about to make it happen.

Online teaching has programmed our students to work on a project long enough to click the "done" button. This is not how TAB works. In this episode we will understand how our students are responding to tick tock education and consider some solutions for dealing with this issue.
