In Part 2 of our discussion about the future of themed Disney cruises, Kevin, Danny, Eli, and Rachel put on their Armchair Imagineering hats and pitch the specialty sailings THEY would create for Disney Cruise Line.

And nobody knew what anyone else was bringing to the table.

Rachel comes prepared with two very different possibilities: a Taylor Swift-inspired sailing packed with music, themed nights, and plenty of opportunities for Swifties to spend money—and "C23," essentially D23 at Sea, complete with Imagineers, Disney history, archival material, models, panels, and plenty of exclusive merchandise.

Then things get nostalgic.

Danny transforms an entire Disney cruise ship into a celebration of extinct Disney attractions, reimagining everything from the atrium and restaurants to onboard entertainment with tributes to Horizons, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Kitchen Kabaret, Spirit of Aloha, and other pieces of Disney history.

Eli takes a trip into another dimension with a Twilight Zone-inspired voyage filled with lost Disney objects, retired attractions, classic animatronics, and some wonderfully strange possibilities.

Finally, Kevin pitches Adventures on the High Seas—a four-night sailing where every day becomes a completely different Disney adventure. Guests receive an Adventure Passport and become part of the story through family challenges, entertainment, activities, and experiences that can change from year to year.

Episode 647 | The Future of Themed Disney Cruises – Part 2

Disney Cruise Line may be looking beyond the traditional Disney cruise.

A recent Disney Cruise Line survey asked guests to rate several potential themed sailings, including a music festival at sea, an ESPN fantasy sports cruise, a special Castaway Club sailing, and even a cruise built around Disney pin trading.

So naturally, we put the ideas to the MOW crew.

Which ones would we actually book? Which could Rachel realistically sell? And which ideas should probably stay on the survey?

Then things take a very different turn.

As Disney and WWE continue expanding their relationship, reports suggest that some type of WWE experience aboard Disney Cruise Line could potentially make sense down the road. With Eli and Danny at the table, you know we weren't going to simply mention that idea and move on.

What would WWE at sea actually look like? Live wrestling? Legends and current stars? Meet-and-greets? Exclusive merchandise? Themed bars and drinks? And perhaps most importantly: would wrestling fans actually pay Disney Cruise Line prices for it?

This conversation went exactly where you would expect a Magic Our Way conversation to go—which is also why our original plan became a two-part show.

D23 2026 wasn't just about the future of the Disney Parks. Disney also unveiled a massive slate of movies, animation, television, and more—and there was so much to discuss that we're splitting our Entertainment Showcase coverage into two episodes!
