As Screwtape encourages Wormwood to entice the Patient into “church shopping,” (i.e. a dissatisfaction with any one church community), Lauren and I look at what it really means to love the Bride of Christ in light of a Christian culture which, in today’s political atmosphere, can make church feel like an unsafe place.
