Midlife Is a Life Pivot: Why I’m Running Mastering Midlife Again in 2026 Mastering Midlife 2026 runs October 26 – November 21 Join Mastering Midlife → www.midlifemonth.com For the first time since March, I’m running a live program again. And honestly, I felt like I needed to. I've spent much of this year working on my products, Blue Theory Skin Care and a few other things I'll tell you about later, but I kept coming back to the same thought: I need to run Mastering Midlife again. Not because we need more information. We have plenty of that. We have too much information. The problem is what we do with it. Midlife Finally Matters — And Now It's Getting Confusing For decades, midlifers were basically forgotten about. Men. Women. It didn't matter. You were either young or old. There wasn't much conversation about what happens in the decades in between. Meanwhile, people were struggling through perimenopause, menopause, andropause, changes in body composition, declining energy, sleep problems, bloating and all the other things that come with this chapter of life. Now? Midlife is trending. Menopause. HRT. TRT. Peptides. Weight-loss medications. Hormones. Everybody has something to say. And that's fantastic because these are conversations we desperately needed to have. But there is a downside. It's becoming incredibly confusing. The information is fascinating. Truly. I could talk about this stuff all day. But there is a LOT of it. And sometimes I think we make things unnecessarily complicated because, frankly, complicated information makes us sound smarter. I know I'm guilty of that too. But when you're the person trying to figure out what you're actually supposed to do, complicated isn't necessarily helpful. The Information Isn't the Problem We're living in the most information-rich period in history. You can get information from: YouTube Podcasts AI Substack Social media Researchers Doctors Influencers Books Courses You can find almost anything you want. But we've been here before. Remember when YouTube first became a thing? Everyone said, We don't need coaches anymore. All the information is free on YouTube. Well... How did that work out? People spent hours, weeks and months watching videos. Some of the information was excellent. Some was terrible. Some was exaggerated. Some wasn't relevant to the individual watching it. But the biggest problem was that none of it was in order. You had all the pieces to the puzzle. But the puzzle was upside down. You could have every single piece you needed sitting right in front of you and still have no idea how to put the thing together. That's what coaching should do. Give you the information you need, including the information you didn't know you needed, and put it in the right order. Which pieces go first? Which are the corner pieces? Which are the straight edges? How do they fit together? And then you actually start building something. The Solutions Are Much Simpler Than the Information This is one of the biggest things I want people to understand about Mastering Midlife. The information can be complex. The solutions don't have to be. In fact, the solutions are often ridiculously simple. That's good news. Because simple things are easier to: Do. Repeat. Track. Be accountable to. Be consistent with. And that's where the results start to compound. People sometimes come into my programs expecting a secret. They're waiting for the magic solution nobody else knows about. And then I explain something and they're like: Oh. I can do that. Exactly. That's the point. You know why you should do it, you know how to do it, and now you actually do it over and over again. That's where the life pivot starts to happen. What's Included in Mastering Midlife 2026? This is a live four-week group program, but you can participate as much—or as little—as you want. There are 10 live Zoom calls, and every call is recorded. Want to turn your camera on, ask questions and participate? Great. Want to quietly observe? That's fine too. But I do want to talk about the group component because connection is something we're losing. We're becoming increasingly dependent on screens and AI and digital communication. And I'm as guilty of that as anyone. But there is something different about being around people who are working toward the same goal. You don't have to be a "group person." I'm not particularly a group person either. I'm an introvert. I'm just not shy. And I've heard that exact same thing from so many people who join my programs: I don't want to be on camera. I don't want to participate in a group. I'm not a group person. And then they finish the program and tell me how much they got from the people around them. You don't have to be highly involved in the group to benefit from the group. My groups are small enough to be intimate, but large enough to be dynamic. And I know everyone in the program. You have access to me. And Guys — This Isn't Just for Women Please come...
