In this episode of Mind Realm, Ronald Allen narrates an intriguing supernatural military horror story titled "The Borrowed Dead". The story is set in the town of Kingstownia, which is terrorized by a series of supernatural occurrences. The narrative begins with the resurrection of a deceased elderly woman, Marjorie Vale, by a mysterious hooded figure. Angela Crowlter, a Senior Force Commander, investigates disturbing incidents, including missing corpses and unexplainable sounds. The plot thickens as she discovers that the bodies are being used as containers for demonic spirits by a sinister figure, the Resurrectionist. The Resurrectionist plants his mark – a geometric symbol – on his victims, leading Angela and her team to an abandoned funeral home functioning as a demonic laboratory. The climax arrives when a confrontation with the Resurrectionist reveals a more extensive and terrifying plot. As the story ends, the threat is far from over with widespread signs of demonic experiments and another clash with the Resurrectionist looming.
