Welcome to episode 55!!
Its a lengthy episode tonight, Tim has a new mullet and Andy has visited a shoe shop called Pavers. It's pure comfort in an almost espadrille.
Parkrun Parables has Andy eating humble pie, as the test event for the new Arrow Valley course falls flat. Will he have more luck on the morrow.
The Doc Meister General is given the keys to the MARMCAST Green Room and we get our first peek into his Gym Dungeon. Technical issues may have put paid to Goldy this week, but the Doc talks Adidas Pro 5, Alphafly 4 and the con that is, the running gait assessment.
He even tries to rescue Guess My Number....Unsuccessfully.
Andy and Tim have a race leaderboard to assess, and this week Timberhonger, Pershore and Antrim Coast Hlaf get the 4 part Ranking test.
