This is a real treat here if you've been involved in the music business as a musician/fan/agent, etc. This entire idea was put together by Rick Carter who came up with this idea to meet once a month at a Hardees by his house and swap stories from years of touring in a blue collar band. In the first 6 months we had some amazing folks join us and tell us wild stories from their years out there touring as a musician. This, in turn, sparked OTHER stories from other guys in the group that they had forgotten about. The meet ups started running 2 hrs and ended with us saying, "Gosh I could sit here for hours and talk to you guys but I have to get to something." And it's true. Some of these stories have never been told. We might end up having a hard time finding enough microphones for everyone but for now I've corralled them into a studio to get these stories recorded for future generations of musicians coming up in the business. We hope to have more and more special guests as this thing catches fire. Like and share with someone you know that would find these stories interesting.
