A sexual energy cultivation checklist! Just in time for the holidays. ☃️

Whether you are solo or partnered, here is a quick checklist that I hope serves you sell. Of course, all of this optional, and shared with you so that you can pick-and-choose and create your own special blend!

We cover things like exquisite presence, relaxed safe space. quieting the mind and entering liminal space, deep relaxed breath, visuals like flowers and other adornment, smells, tastes, sexy sound, sanctity and the sacred. sweet words, experiencing the physical sensations of touch, raising bliss inside relaxation, riding the waves of arousal, cooling instead of exploding, trying something new. And for a big bonus ... holiday themes! (Whether those come through as fantasy, teasing, role play, or ... something hitherto unfathomable! 😇)

Remember! Your sexual energy is the most powerful life force within your being. Include your body and your sexuality in your spiritual practice. Include spirituality in your sexual practice. Balance your animal and your spirit essence. ... See if you can experience unity with all that is! 🍄🌈☀️
