Have you ever felt that you were in a season of waiting? Have your ever felt that God may have forgotten you? Joshua was a true servant leader, he waited for everyone to receive their inheritance without question. Joshua 19:49-20:9 not only shows us how God provides for faithfully following, but also how God provides justice and mercy.

It has been stated that "comparison is the thief of joy". This is true among believers when we start comparing our ministries, callings, and blessings to other believers. What we fail to understand, is that God never asks us "why can't you be more like your brother?", what He does ask is "Why aren't you faithful with what I blessed you with?". This is what's going on in Joshua 19:40-48 concerning the tribe of Dan.

Sometimes we wonder why we're at where we are. Sometimes we ask: why am I at this job? school? city? The answer is simple: God placed you there for a purpose. And since God placed you there, bloom where you're planted. This message, Pastor Kyle walks us through several principles found in the inheritances of four (4) smaller tribes from Joshua 19:11-39

We battle different temptations every day. Some are small while others are great. The question becomes: How do we fight these temptations? Joshua 19:1-9 deals with the allotment of the tribe of Simeon. This tribe was the smallest of the tribes and placed in the midst of the largest one. The question is now, why? You were created on purpose for a purpose. We may not understand during times of struggle or storms in our lives, but God has us at certain places for a reason. Maybe you're feeling that "nudge" to speak to someone or move somewhere or join a church. This is what's happening in Joshua 18:11-28. What happens when we hesitate from doing what God has commanded us to do? Pastor Kyle walks us through what happened to Israel in Joshua 18:1-10 with this very same thing. Joshua asked "Have you put off...?". 21 faithful men were then tasked with going into the remaining unallocated land and reporting back to Joshua. What have you put off that God has commanded you to do?

The message from Joshua 17:14-18, "No Excuses". Just because a church is bigger, doesn't necessarily mean that they have more blessing or are spiritually superior. This also goes for smaller, "Bible belt" churches as well. God doesn't bless more on size, it's faithfulness and obedience. The tribe of Joseph thought that just because they were larger that they didn't need to do the work. They used excuses of unwillingness and fear. What excuses are you giving for not being obedient to what God has called you to do?
