Love is highly represented and celebrated in our society, and rightfully so. It is a wonderful and magical thing. But, there is much emphasis placed on "finding" love or "being loved." Today, we are reminded that love is an action. It naturally rises within us and is to be shared wide and free. In fact, the real work is in becoming aware of and mitigating the aspects of our mind that block us from experiencing the loving awareness that is the truth of who we are. In this episode, I lay this out, and give some practical tips for making it happen. "Love is what holds the fabric of humanity together.
