- Unit Four’s rear padlock was an unfamiliar black combination lock and was found cut on the morning of April 18; the unit contained a cot, a bucket, a case of bottled water, a battery lantern, and six sealed nutrition bars.
- Alan Stroud, age 41, was a sales representative for Kellner Roofing Supply who visited Kathleen’s unit roughly twice a month and called ahead to confirm her availability.
