このコンテンツについて
The Miami Hurricanes can break the narrative of “offseason champs” or “underachievers” in this upcoming college football season. Miami has a ton of talented new players but they’ve put an emphasis on leadership from within and building chemistry. Head coach Mario Cristobal has transformed his roster with a combination of top ten recruiting classes and top fifteen Transfer Portal classes. The Hurricanes are about to open training camp led by highly touted transfer quarterback Cam Ward. Ward was top ten in passing last season at Washington State with 3,735 yards and 25 touchdowns.
Host Alex Donno sits down with several of Miami’s best newcomers and returning players at Tuesday’s Hurricanes media day. Donno gets insight from RB Damien Martinez, WR Sam Brown, DT Simeon Barrow, DT Justin Scott and DE Tyler Baron on why they chose to come to Miami, and how their transition is going. Donno also chats with returning WR Xavier Restrepo and TE Elijah Arroyo about their goals for training camp and the upcoming season. This Hurricanes team is ready to put in the hard work on and off the field.
