More than a love story, Claudine is a portrait of perseverance. It follows a Black mother navigating work, family, government assistance, and a society that continually places barriers in front of her, all while creating a home where her children can dream beyond those barriers. It's a film about ambition, survival, dignity, and the quiet determination required to build a better future.

Well, this is what we've been waiting for. A box office so on fire that we were anticipating a huge year for our beloved and resilient movie industry.

May’s Act Two Episode dances into Season 6 with Gloria Bell. A tale of a dancing queen finding her stride in a menopausal life. Gloria, played gorgeously by Julianne Moore, waltzes a story of a search for balance but not in the conditioned sense.

This episode also reflects on the passing of my mom, and how…she built a legacy without knowing it
