In October 1998, Michael Poczynek, a seasoned and accomplished individual with a diverse background, made the bold decision to call Prince Edward Island, Canada, home. As a top-producing REALTOR® with Century 21 Northumberland Realty (1987) Limited, entrepreneur, and owner of several successful businesses, Michael brings a wealth of experience to the podcast. His expertise spans various fields, including business, finance, electronics, amateur radio, videography, photography and a passion for technology that places him squarely in the realm of a true "techy."

The Internet played a pivotal role in Michael's journey to the island, prompting his move and leading him to leave behind a string of businesses dedicated to serving other businesses' computer, software and network needs. His unique blend of professional acumen and tech-savvy insights gives listeners a distinct perspective on life in PEI. 'Powerhouse Patty' Castle has lived on PEI since 2009 and has been a PEI REALTOR® since 2010. She began her Real Estate career with Century 21 and joined EXIT Realty PEI. After being a nurse for 12 years and living and travelling all across Canada, her level of caring, compassion, and attention to detail, both with her patients and with her record keeping, was sure to serve her well when she decided to go into business for herself.

Patty’s innovation, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for the business have led her on her recent path and journey. The launch of her own company, Powerhouse Realty PEI Inc., is where she hopes to share her many years of experience, education, and learning on how to systemize the business. Patty’s commitment to her clients and now her team ensures that those living on Prince Edward Island or looking to relocate to PEI obtain the highest level of service that her team provides to their clients.
