Welcome to Living Vine Chronicles,

Have you ever been in a situation where you knew that without intervention, you were in trouble? This episode explores how our God, who created all things, sees you and, as part of His nature, is called the God who helps me. RESOURCES include: 1 Samuel 23:19, Psalm 54, Exodus 14; 31:3, Zechariah 4:6, Matthew 10:19,20, Hebrews 13:8, but honestly, throughout the entire bible we see Elohim Ozer Li, involved in the lives of those written about. And what about us? He is still responding, still caring, still here as our books are being written.

Reflection Questions:

How does my prayer life change when I switch from asking God to bless my plans to asking Elohim Ozer Li to be my primary source of direction and rescue?

Am I treating God as a last resort? Why do I often exhaust human options, self-help strategies, or distracting habits before running to the arms of my all-sufficient God?

Thank you for listening. I pray that Elohim Ozer Li meets you today at your point of need and that you experience His love for you. Take good care, and I'll see you Monday.

Welcome to Living Vine Chronicles,

In this episode, we explore God's name, Basileus Basileon, King of Kings. This episode is structured a little differently than previous episodes. There will be a series of related questions and space for reflection. I encourage you to ask the Lord to speak to you as you spend this time together. He wants you to know Him. References include: Revelation 17:14, 19:16, 1 Timothy 6:15, Philippians 2:9-11

Reflection questions:

In what ways have you treated "independence" as freedom, when Scripture frames life with God as loving dependence?

Are there any cultural, political, or personal authorities in your life that you accidentally treat with higher reverence than God?

Let me know what you thought about the format. Did you like it? Do you prefer the previous structure? I would love your feedback. Thanks for taking the time to listen. Take good care, and I'll see you Monday.

Welcome to Living Vine Chronicles,

In today's world, where promises seem only temporary and the word covenant seems to be of another time, the words faithful and true can lose their meaning. In this episode, we explore God's name ISH, which means husband. God's promises are different from humans'. God does what He says. Here, we explore the idea of covenant and God's name, ISH. Resources include: Isaiah 54:6; 62:4–5; 49:16, Ephesians 5:25–32 , John 14:2,3 , Revelation 19:7–8 , 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17

Reflection Questions:

Unlike human relationships that carry the scars of past hurts or broken trust, God’s posture as Ish is completely pure. How do past disappointments with people color the way you trust God's heart today?

As a biblical husband, Ish represents a provider and protector. What worries or heavy burdens are you trying to carry alone instead of inviting God’s protective care into the situation?

Please share your reflections with me. I would love to connect. Thank you for listening. It means so much to me. Take good care, and I'll see you Monday.
