Episode 11: In today’s episode, I have a very special guest: my little sister, Emily!

Emily married her high school sweetheart, has two kids, and has spent the last 10 years working in the corporate world while simultaneously building her own business.

I, on the other hand, haven’t had one steady relationship, have spent the last decade navigating many different relationship experiences, and haven’t had a “real job” in over 10 years because I’ve been devoted to building my own business.

And somehow… we’ve both ended up here.

In this episode, we compare our very different experiences with relationships, business, spirituality, manifestation, and personal growth. We talk about what it was like growing up in the same family but experiencing childhood completely differently, debate some of our beliefs around light, darkness, love, and what is “right” and “wrong,” and even discover things about each other that we didn’t know before.

It’s honest, sometimes deep, sometimes hilarious, and very much a conversation between two sisters who took completely different roads - but may have been learning many of the same lessons along the way.

Episode 10:

In this episode of Living Multidimensionally, I sit down with Jack Moses for a conversation about purpose, freedom, personal transformation, and what it means to create success from a place of alignment.

As he embraced greater balance, struggles with binge eating, addiction, and inner conflict began to dissolve.

We also explore the energetics of money, success, and relationships, discussing how our relationship with money can often mirror the dynamics we experience in our romantic lives. Together, we unpack how deeper self-awareness can create shifts in both abundance and connection.

In this episode of Living Multidimensionally, I sit down with the one and only Lovergirl Lily for a conversation that is equal parts philosophical, practical, and deeply heart-centered.

Lily is a Creative Director, artist, world traveler, and one of the most unique minds I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. We met in a truly synchronistic way through a community we are both part of, and quickly found ourselves exchanging gifts - Lily helping me elevate my branding and creative vision, while I support her in exploring her healing abilities and spiritual gifts.

Together, we explore the concept of egregores and how businesses, communities, and creations can take on a life and energy of their own. We discuss what it means to "play life" like a game, how to intentionally design your character, move toward friction as a path to growth, and lean into your natural strengths.

As two self-proclaimed lovergirls, we also dive into the shifts happening within the masculine and feminine consciousness at this time, what it means to encounter the healed masculine, and how these evolving energies are shaping the collective experience we are all moving through.

In today’s episode of Living Multidimensionally, I’m joined by Ahren Lynch-Potter for a deeply expansive and wide-ranging conversation that moves through the subconscious mind, psychedelic experience, emotional intelligence, and the deeper architecture of the human psyche.

We explore profound psychedelic experiences with psilocybin and the spirit of marijuana, and how these altered states can open doorways into healing, remembrance, and self-understanding. We also go into the healing of the masculine within, including the ways the “damsel in distress” archetype can live within us and shape our relational patterns and sense of power.

Ahren shares powerful insights around how the body never lies, and how emotions, when fully felt and witnessed, become gateways into truth rather than obstacles to it. We also explore the deeper symbolic and psychological meaning of Lord of the Rings, and how each character can be understood as an aspect of the psyche.

This conversation also touches on the spiritual and emotional depth of jiu jitsu and martial arts, the process of healing ancestral and societal conditioning, the difference between healing and expanding, and the cycles of death and rebirth that occur within relationships and identity itself.

In this episode of Living Multi Dimensionally, I sit down with my Akashic Records teacher, Suzie, a woman who has had a profound impact on my spiritual journey. I share how I first found her work, why it felt like my truth reflected back to me, and how studying with her supported me through one of the biggest initiations of my life.

Suzie and I explore what it really means to be a curious seeker in a human body: being “born awake” and then shutting down to fit in, navigating health crises and life transitions as spiritual initiation, and learning to surrender when life brings you to your knees. We talk about remembering that we are souls who chose to be here: perfectly imperfect, deeply human and wildly multi dimensional.
