  • #149- Who Am I Really?
    2026/06/15

Who are you when nobody is looking? We spend our lives trying to figure out who we really are, often defining ourselves by what we do—our jobs, achievements, or roles. But what happens when those things change or fade away?

In this episode we’ll conclude our “Emotionally Healthy Faith” series with a message titled, “Who Am I Really?” We’re going to look at the baptism of Jesus in Matthew 3 and ask some honest questions about identity: Why do we so quickly define ourselves by what we do, what we own, or how others see us? And what does it mean that before Jesus had done any public ministry, the Father spoke over Him, “This is my Son, the beloved; with whom I am well pleased”? I believe God wants to speak that same truth into our lives-our deepest identity.

We’ll explore how our relationship with God can become the solid foundation for our identity in a world that is constantly trying to name us and claim us.

  • #148- Breaking Through
    2026/06/08

Have you ever felt like you were hitting a wall in your spiritual life? Like having a sense that there is more to Christian faith than what you have been able to experience so far but not really knowing what the next steps might be?

You are not alone. In this episode Rev. Dan unpacks for us the Apostle Paul's advice for Christians in becoming unstuck in their faith in Colossians 3:1-14. It's not about trying harder. It's about looking deeper into the complexities of our hearts and cooperating with the Holy Spirit who is leading us to transformation by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

  • #147- What's on the Inside?
    2026/06/01

In this episode we continue our “Emotionally Healthy Faith” series with a message from Luke 6:39–45 titled “What’s on the Inside.” Jesus’ words about blind guides, logs and specks, and trees known by their fruit challenge us to look honestly at our inner world. We’ll explore how our emotional and spiritual “DNA” shapes those around us—often in ways we don’t see—and why our own wholeness is one of the greatest gifts we can give to our families, our church, and our world.

I’d love for you to join us as we ask together: What’s really going on beneath the surface of my life, and how is it affecting the people I love? This will be a gracious, loving, practical time of reflection and hope.

Your wholeness is your gift to others. What fruit are you bearing in your life?

  • #146- Receive The Holy Spirit
    2026/05/25

Are you feeling disoriented in life right now? Maybe your dreams have shifted, your health has changed, or unexpected challenges have left you hiding away like the disciples locked in that room. This Pentecost Sunday, we're reminded that Jesus appears in our disorientation and speaks: "Peace be with you."

In John 20:19-23, Jesus doesn't just comfort His fearful disciples—He recommissions them. He breathes the Holy Spirit upon them and sends them back into the world with purpose. The same God who formed humanity from dust and breathed life into us wants to breathe fresh life into our communities today.

When we feel scattered and stuck, the answer isn't to withdraw further. It's to return to God's great commission, to receive the Holy Spirit afresh, and to remember we're united not by our preferences or politics, but by our faith in Jesus. We're a forgiven people called to forgive, a loved community sent to love.

  • #145- There's More To You
    2026/05/18

Are you spiritually mature but still struggling to keep your life together? You're not alone. Many of us pray more, study harder, and attend more services, thinking that's the answer. But what if the problem isn't just spiritual?

This week we're launching a new series: "An Emotionally Healthy Faith." The truth is, we're not just spirit—we're spirit, soul, AND body, all deeply connected. Jesus didn't just minister to our spiritual needs; He fed the hungry, healed the sick, and wept with the grieving. He wants every part of your life.

As the Psalmist prayed, "Search me, O God, and know my heart" (Psalm 139:23-24). What rooms in your life have you locked away from Jesus? Your emotions? Your past? Your physical health? It's time to open every door and let His transforming love touch your whole being.

Join us as we discover what it means to be "sanctified entirely"—spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).

  • #144- Harvest
    2026/05/11

This week we were honored to host Pastor Anthony Liebenberg, the founder of Life Child. In this episode he delivers a compelling message titled "Harvest," centered on the profound truth found in Luke 10:2:

"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."

It is a call to action and an encouragement. Good News! We too can be workers in God's great harvest field.

  • #143- Gift of Desperation
    2026/05/04

We often view times of struggle or hopelessness as things to be avoided. However, sometimes it is in our lowest moments that we find the greatest clarity and the deepest connection to God.

In this powerful message, Pastor Dan explores how our moments of deepest need can actually serve as a divine catalyst, drawing us closer to the grace and strength that only God can provide. It is a challenging, encouraging, and ultimately uplifting look at how we can reframe our hardest seasons as sacred opportunities.

  • #142- Forgiving Others
    2026/04/27

Today we conclude our three-part series on forgiveness by facing one of the hardest commands Jesus gives us: forgiving those who have hurt us. Together we’ll look honestly at the reality of our wounds, why unforgiveness is so spiritually destructive, and how the forgiveness we extend to others can only truly flow from the forgiveness we ourselves have received in Christ. Far from trivializing our pain, we’ll explore how Jesus meets us in it and, by His Spirit, gives us strength to do what often feels impossible.
