Welcome back, we're here to prep you for the impending week. We have your local concert calendar, Michael McDonald spreading his seed, Instagram forcing Creed back into our lives, a very Alanis Christmas, heavy handed security at the Turnstile show, and Olivia Rodrigo being a big White Stripes fan.

We briefly talk OU/Texas bringing us positivity, skepticism in music, WE BRING AN OLD GAME OUT FOR A SPIN, and talk desserts like we have a problem.

Back for another week. Jenn tells us about the Lambrini Girls concert, we talk LCD Soundsystem doing Residencypalooza, Ovrkast v Outkast in a court of law, Carly Rae touring, Macklemore's benefit shows. We talk our favorite musical gear, bands due for a resurgence, compact discs, and the best thing we drank over the last week.

Life, uh, gets in the way. We're back and we're talking Mackling Less with Macklemore, Nice as F*ck reunion, Pilgrimage Fest, Lambrini Girls. We dabble in the sandwich arts, discuss nice artists that make mid music, and find out Jenn hasn't heard the term "cheeks" used to negatively describe something! Sit on down and let's all live for this.

We're back, it's our show, we do as we deem fit. Life is hard and we're learning how to be harder, it just takes some time.

Today we have Dolly, Kacey Musgrave's touring clackers, Sir Elton in South America, Tame Impala stepping away from autographs, Miley..., P!nk being a mean girl, and the passing of Andy Williams of Every Time I Die and of pro wrestling. There's probably a good way to phrase that.

Another humbling week finds us back with a new episode. We talk about litigious Demon Hunters, a "10 Things I Hate About You" Musical, RIP Columbia House, the new trailer for the Oasis documentary, Camp Flog Gnaw, and AC/DC and Foo Fighters at the Dome At America's Center. We sift through a rough week, pretend we have a Time Machine to go to concerts, food, and childhood memories.

CORRECTION: Paul made an extremely errant observation when running through the concert calendar. Not Waving But Drowning is an active band from St. Louis and has been since 1998 and Paul naively assumed them to be a newer artist (high probability that he saw their name back on STLPunk and figured it was some Myspace scene emo. Very wrong, apologies to the band.

We get knocked down and we get back up again. The only way through is forward and after another undesirable week off, we return refreshed with news and goofs. Let's go!

We're back, sorry about that, cyclospora isn't one to be trifled with. We got news, new music, we talk misheard lyrics, songs made just for a movie, and abrasive albums!
