Like You Like Me is a friendship podcast. Sara and I have been friends for eight years and this is an extension of our friendship.


When I was younger and someone asked what would be your dream job, I had two; be a radio host or score the incidental music played in television shows.


After 2 years of trying different styles of potential podcasts, it never quite hit the mark until my friend, Sara, agreed to be my co-host. I hit the jackpot! We figured out a format and spent months brainstorming, practicing, recording episodes(that we didn't air), and learning each week.


Here we are finally !


We would like this show to be a celebration of friendship. We want our listeners to feel included and relate to our conversations, perhaps having similar chats with their friends as well.

    This is episode 4 of our "Grow into Your Gorgeous" series. The show will be in two parts as there was a lot to cover. We want to make a Skinvestment; the process of investing time and some money into your skincare routine to achieve healthy, glowing, and supple skin.


    We have an amazing guest on the show today who can tell us all about that: the fabulous Evelyn O’Meara. She is a senior skin therapist with over 8 years’ of experience in the industry.


    About our guest :

    Evelyn got into skin care through her own struggle with eczema and her passion to help others. She loves to focus on inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis and to help people get their confidence back and manage symptoms. She upskilled in Vancouver for a time, but we are lucky she is now based in Cork. Her main focus is to take a holistic approach at managing skin conditions by looking at the body as a whole and not just treating symptoms. She takes pride in building real connections with her clients. Evelyn is also an expert in advanced skin therapies like IPL and resurfacing laser which are great for treating signs of aging, pigmentation, and scarring in the skin. Evelyn is working in one of Ireland's top clinics in Cork.
