The Tampa Bay Lightning just pulled off a savvy move, snagging high-scoring forward Jack Pridham — who lit up the OHL with 90 points and 46 goals — in exchange for a future third-round pick. Though originally drafted by Chicago, Pridham’s headed to the University of Denver to keep developing under NCAA lights while Tampa retains his NHL rights. Standing at 6’2”, he combines speed, scoring ability, and solid two-way play, making him a perfect fit for Lightning’s strategy of poaching overlooked talent. With his right-handed shot and versatility on special teams, Pridham could be a fast-track prospect to the pros if he keeps humming in college.
