Generational Strongholds &, Family Patterns, also included in this is Inherited Struggles, or Ancestral Cycles
Scripture: Exodus 20:5–6 “…visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation… and showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.”
These are battles you didn’t start… but battles you were born into. These battles manifest as patterns, behaviors, addictions, fears, mindsets, and spiritual tendencies that appear to be inherited from your family. And if you don’t recognize them, you will repeat them.
