This episode talks about how the thoughts of regret and guilt like to rise up in grief. We look back on the "should haves" or the "shouldn't haves" and we agonize over them. Grief while it is filled with love is also filled with our regrets. We all have them but it comes to a point when we have to take those feelings of guilt and regret and confess them. Then we need to go to the Father, align our emotions with His truth.
