  • Changes and Goal-Setting
    2023/07/06

First, Identify what you want to change (refer to self-reflections podcast). Pick at most 2 things from the wheel of life that you can change (refer to link in First podcast show notes). Setting Goals: Example: I want to run a 5k by 9/30/2023 through the Lupus Foundation. Break apart your goal of a 5K into small bite-size steps. We know you have until 9/29 to complete them. find a training schedule and get started. track your progress. read about nutrition before and after your run. Read about proper footwear. Start your training exercise and assign timelines. maybe by a given day you will be running one mile, then two. Remember, you are creating a roadmap to success. It is normal for plans to evolve as you gain more experience and insights along the way. Stay flexible and adapt your approach as needed.
