You may feel weighed down or paralyzed to make a move because you don’t know how or which action to take next. Believe me when I say I am with you in this journey. Be patient with yourself and celebrate small wins along the way. The key is to take consistent actions that align with your goals and values, gradually moving you towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life. Remember to listen to your body along with way-this is where stress speaks to us. It tells us when something doesn’t feel right or fit well with our standards, values, strengths, and emotional intelligence. “There is a voice that doesn’t use words, listen.” So please during this time when you feel stuck, be careful in making big decisions.
