*mental health links below*
hello everyone, I am not a doctor or therapist. I talk about my personal stories and thoughts with the hopes of helping others. I think the best way to start to help each other is by talking about what we are going through.
I am 24 years old and suffer from OCD, anxiety, and I believe mild depression. I want to share my story with the Intention to show others they are not alone. We are all unique and are going through something different. But I know it helps when I come across someone who lives in a similar way.

This week's episode:In this week's episode, I talk about “starting over again” and how I need to get back into doing the Exposer responses prevention work. I feel like I was putting in the work and seeing results, and then it felt like I hit a brick wall, and I need to start from the beginning again.
I also talk about how it’s hard, weird, and scary to try to let go of my OCD and other mental health disorders because I have had them for so long.
lastly I talk about the stress the holidays bring on.
Please give it a listen and let me know what you think, or what you would like me to talk about next time.
Thank you.
