Today begins a new series on the second book in the Bible: Exodus. Israel’s departure from Egypt, the miraculous crossing of the Red Sea, and the giving of the 10 commandments — all these and more tell us of a loving God who would later give His Son to die for the sins of the world. Our plan is to search the book of Exodus to better understand what God is like: a God of love, justice, patience, freedom, and forgiveness.

There are two important truths that we must understand about God’s judgment in the end times: Firstly, everyone will be informed and warned. No one can claim they did not know. Secondly, there will come a time when it will be too late to repent. There are three stories from the Old Testament that are ‘Images of The End’ and illustrate these two truths.
