Brittni has been with the Norman Regional Health System for 15 years. She started as a nursing school student and believes in creating professional development & pipeline programs such as the system’s nursing extern & residency programs, OU College of Nursing satellite school, and developing several tech to licensed clinician roles. She has responsibility over numerous clinical areas and leads teams toward achievements in Centers of Excellence. As a Leadership Norman graduate, a Norman Next 40 under 40 award recipient, an Oklahoma Magazine 40 under 40 winner, and a Becker’s Hospital Review Rising Star, she understands the importance of relationships. She has served on non-profit boards that contribute to the citizens of the community. Most have been healthcare-related. Currently, Brittni serves as the Immediate Past Board President for The Virtue Center, a local non-profit offering addiction servies.

Philosophy on giving back to the community: “Through networking and partnerships, we are stronger together and together we can make a very positive impact on the community.”
