We reach the final episode of our journey through First and Second Corinthians, and we end where Paul ends his second letter: with the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. After working through several chapters at a time this quarter, this week we pause on just three verses and listen closely to what they reveal about God.

In this conversation we consider how grace, love, and fellowship each point to a member of the Godhead, and how together they form a blessing meant for the whole church. We also walk through Paul's closing appeals to rejoice, to grow toward maturity, to be of one mind, and to live in peace, themes that have run throughout this quarter's study.

If you teach Sabbath School, you will find a simple but meaningful suggestion in this episode: bring real prayer into your class. Give people the chance to pray for one another and for the needs around them, so that your time together touches the heart and not only the mind.
