An emotion so useless, according to Ted Lasso, “it should be embarrassed of itself.”

But is it really useless?

Season 4, Episode 5 — “Riches of Embarrassment” — gives us one of the most leadership-packed episodes of the season so far.

The Richmond women are preparing for their biggest match yet against Chelsea. Keeley thinks she's sold out Nelson Road. Alice is becoming increasingly frustrated with Ted and the players. Rebecca is worried that closing the distance with Matthijs could destroy their relationship. Roy's ten-date experiment takes an unexpected turn.

And Beard goes to see Jane's one-woman show.

Because of course he does.
