    The big day is almost here and you are about to ride on the last part of that wedding day roller coaster and nerves are completely normal as is feeling excited, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or maybe a combination of all of the above. We talk you through some strategies to support all of those emotions so that you can be completely present, surrender and celebrate your special day.

    In this episode we talk about activities or exercises you can engage with on your own such as a breath work or meditation. Here’s a guided meditation you could have a close friend read the morning of the wedding from Sacred Ground Ceremonies. We’ve also found a guided meditation for managing anxiety on Spotify.
