EP238 was recorded after two uninspired efforts vs Chicago and Florida. We went over some area of concern. Talked about trying to stay positive and what constitutes a "Generational" player.

We abandoned the customary Letter Grades with a softer, gentler grading system as to not hurt any feelings.
