After that we glue it into three must-know lines: – “Wszystkiego najlepszego!” (All the best!) – “Dziękuję za prezent.” (Thanks for the gift.) – “Mam dzisiaj urodziny.” (It’s my birthday today.) “Gra na telefonie” is the tiny Polish sentence you’ll hear a dozen times in this lesson. It means “playing on the phone,” and once you can say it naturally you’ll understand half of what Polish parents mumble at their kids. We slow the phrase down, speed it back up, then drop it into real-life snippets: – “Nie graj na telefonie!” (Stop playing on the phone!) – “Gram tylko pięć minut.” (I’m only playing five minutes.) Repeat-out-loud track included, so practice on your commute and surprise the next Polish speaker you meet.
