Leah Bennett is a lover of food, a dedicated church-goer, and a volunteer with Open Door Ministries in Louisville, which among other things provides a free lunches throughout the week at Fourth Avenue United Methodist Church. You’ll hear Leah say that one of her mottos is to be bold and courageous, which I think you will definitely see as a theme of her life as you listen to our interview today. I learned so much from her just in a short time – we talk about her early life growing up on a farm and around the making and serving of food, how she found Christ Church and Open Door Ministries, and of course, how she listens and responds to God’s call in her life. I really enjoyed this conversation, and I think you will too, so let’s tune in together as we hear the story of Christ Church, one person at a time.
