Are the Toronto Maple Leafs starting to find their identity? Dan Riccio and Keegan Matheson kick off a new week of Off the Roster by breaking down the Leafs' 7-2 victory over Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers, the team's developing chemistry, Auston Matthews' future in Toronto, and whether their recent success is sustainable. With the Maple Leafs finding success throughout their lineup, Dan and Keegan discuss the emergence of a productive fourth line, the team's defensive concerns, their impressive shooting percentage, and whether Toronto has finally found the depth necessary to compete in a loaded Atlantic Division. Plus, is the chemistry inside the Leafs' locker room becoming a major factor in Matthews' long-term future? The guys also turn their attention to the Toronto Raptors following a disappointing performance against the Minnesota Timberwolves. What's going wrong with Toronto's offence, how concerning is Scottie Barnes' performance, and what can Darko Rajaković do to get the Raptors back on track? Later, they dive into the MLB playoffs as the Milwaukee Brewers continue their remarkable postseason run, how the organization has built a contender on a smaller budget, and what their success says about the modern MLB landscape. Plus, the undefeated Minnesota Vikings, the changing importance of elite quarterbacks in the NFL, and a Halloween-season debate about when it's acceptable to start decorating for Christmas! Subscribe for more Off the Roster with Dan Riccio, Lindsay Dunn, Keegan Matheson and guests, covering the biggest stories in Toronto sports and beyond. #TorontoMapleLeafs #LeafsNation #OffTheRoster
