  • #126 Jasmine Lopez: From Bankruptcy to Breakthroughs, Money, Healing & Community
    2025/04/14

This week, we're joined by Jasmine Lopez a powerful voice in the world of financial healing and community care. She's a proud 2nd generation Puerto Rican/Mexican who grew up in a single-parent home, and her early experiences shaped a complex relationship with money, self-worth, and mental health. After navigating financial hardships—including bankruptcy in her mid-20s—she began a transformational journey of redefining success, healing from within, and breaking free from limiting beliefs.

Since 2017, she’s been doing the deep work: therapy, financial coaching, goal-setting with friends, and exploring holistic healing beyond just talk therapy. Through storytelling, creativity, and community, she's built a vision for Mentally Mutual—a space where collective healing and thriving is the mission.

In this episode, we dive into money mindset, mental health, healthcare access, nonprofits, and so much more. You’re gonna want to take notes.
