Chrys reveals how these heartbreaking experiences became the catalyst for her advocacy work. A self-published author , she is the founder of the nonprofit The Ink Advocates of Oklahoma, which fights against period poverty by providing menstrual products to those in need. Chrys, a survivor of PCOS and endometriosis, also created The Monthly podcast to educate and empower others on reproductive health and rights, helping people learn how to advocate for themselves.
