Since her release , Tamimi has lived openly in Jordan remaining unrepentant as a celebrity, glorifying terrorism, inciting violence against Jews. Arnold and his wife Frimet, took it upon themselves to pursue justice for Malki and all the victims of the Sbarro massacre by seeking the extradition of Ahlam Tamimi, from Jordan to the United States under US terrorism laws and continue to do so. Jordan has steadfast resisted despite there being an extradition treaty with the US, Tamimi remains on the FBI's most wanted list.
