Discover the profound insights of Jiddu Krishnamurti in Kingdom of Happiness, a captivating collection of talks that showcase the unique perspective of one of the 20th centurys most original thinkers. Selected at a young age by the Theosophical Society to fulfill the role of the World Teacher, Krishnamurtis journey took him from South India to England, where he was groomed for a destiny that he ultimately chose to redefine. Initially leading the Order of the Star in the Netherlands, he later disbanded the organization in 1929, embracing his independence as a speaker and writer. This collection, delivered at Eerde Castle in Ommen, delves into the metaphor-laden exploration of what it means to realize a Kingdom of Happiness. While the language may reflect the expectations of his audience, the essence of Krishnamurtis timeless insights—such as the idea that Truth is a pathless land—remains as relevant today as it was during his lifetime. Join us on this enlightening journey through Krishnamurtis thoughts and discover the deeper truths that resonate throughout his work. - Summary by Scot SmithCopyright Politics, Philosophy, Religion スピリチュアリティ 哲学 社会科学
